Built to complement Click Analytic’s robust data and campaign tools, the UGC marketplace adds a creative layer to the platform, enabling brands to source authentic content from creators that resonate with their audience.

Key features include:

Creator Profiles & Direct Booking: Brands can view in-depth profiles, explore a creator’s portfolio, and book talent directly through the platform, with integrated messaging and campaign proposal features.

Content Briefs & Deliverable Management: A centralized space for brands to send briefs, set expectations, and track deliverables. This ensures both parties have clarity on campaign goals and deadlines.

Secure Payment Processing: Built-in payment processing that handles invoicing and payouts to creators, making collaborations smoother and ensuring compliance across different regions.

Challenges

Building the UGC marketplace on top of an existing analytics and campaign management system came with several key challenges:

Integrating Two Separate Platforms: One of the biggest challenges was ensuring a seamless user experience between the existing analytics platform, which used a traditional code stack, and the newly built UGC marketplace created using a no-code solution. This required designing a single sign-on (SSO) system and shared navigation that made it feel like one unified product, allowing users to move between platforms without interruptions.

Handling Data Synchronization: With different tech stacks, ensuring data consistency and synchronization was a priority. The new UGC marketplace had to pull in existing user data, campaign information, and analytics seamlessly without duplicating or compromising data integrity across the platforms.

Creating a Consistent UI/UX: Since the UGC marketplace was built using a no-code platform, maintaining a cohesive visual identity and interaction pattern with the existing coded platform was crucial.
